Schumann Reticulated Porcelain Bread Basket

This is a beautiful mid-century reticulated porcelain bread basket made by Schumann. The stamp marks its creation in Arzberg Germany. This basket is decorated in a beautiful floral pattern adorned with gold edging and embellishment throughout. Upon close inspection one may see a few minor cracks next to a cut out or lattice that likely occurred during firing but it is difficult to spot and speaks to the difficult designs elements of the piece. This bowl measures about 10 1/5” in length, 7” wide, and 2” in height.
