Rare Antique T&V Limoges Depose Hand Painted Porcelain Platter. Beautiful Limoges France Tressemann and Vogt (T & V) platter that has gold gilt around the edge with pink and yellow floral patterns. The platter is marked "Handpainted T&V Limoges" in a purple/pink bell design on back with "T&V Limoges France Depose" in green. Plate measures approximately 12 1/4" in diameter.
Tressemann & Vogt (T&V) was in production from approximately 1882 to around 1919. The company was established in 1882 by Theodore Tressemann and Gustave Vogt in Limoges, France. The partnership between Tressemann and Vogt focused on the decoration of porcelain produced by other Limoges manufacturers.
